Question 1

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Accepted Answer

Sign up at List with us with your PSRA licence + card on file. Zero charge for 30 days. We email you 7 days before any first charge. Cancel anytime, one click — no charge for the trial period.

Question 2

What is "Verified Agent" and how do I get it?

Accepted Answer

When you sign up as an agent we capture your PSRA licence number. Our team manually cross-checks it on the public register (usually within 1 working day) and flips your account to Verified . The green Verified Agent badge shows on your profile, every listing, and your dashboard — buyers trust it.

Question 3

What plans do you offer and what do they include?

Accepted Answer

Free (€0): 1 listing, 10 photos. Basic (€29/mo): 5 listings, 20 photos, map highlight. Premium (€79/mo): unlimited listings, 30 photos, top placement, Verified Agent badge highlight. Enterprise (€199/mo): everything in Premium, 50 photos/listing, sponsored area pages, priority support. Full comparison on /pricing .

Question 4

Can I bulk-import my portfolio?

Accepted Answer

Yes — on Premium and Enterprise tiers. Drop us a CSV or your existing portal export and our onboarding team migrates everything (typically within 48 hours). The AI Listing Assistant then re-writes any descriptions you'd like polished.

Question 5

How does the AI Listing Assistant save me time?

Accepted Answer

For every new listing, one click generates a title, description (6 tones), highlights, SEO snippet and a suggested asking band — grounded in live area comparables. Plus our AI Floor-plan Storyteller turns your floor-plan PNG into a 250-350 word walkthrough story (proven to boost enquiry rates in portal A/B tests). All free during beta.

Question 6

How do leads reach me?

Accepted Answer

Buyer clicks "Email agent" on your listing — the email lands straight in your business inbox (no broker funnel, no lead resale). You can also export leads + enquiry history from your dashboard.

Question 7

Do I get a branded agent profile page?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every PSRA-verified agent gets a public profile at /agents/<your-slug> with your logo, bio, contact form, current portfolio, and review count. Premium/Enterprise gets a custom hero banner and area sponsorship.

Question 8

How do BER, PPR and the Verified badges help me sell faster?

Accepted Answer

Buyers come to the viewing already calibrated. They've seen the real BER (cross-checked against SEAI), the median sold price for the road, and a fair-value band from our AI. Time-wasting drops; conversion goes up. That's the whole point of the platform.

Question 9

How does VAT and invoicing work?

Accepted Answer

Stripe handles checkout. Irish agents are charged 23% VAT. Non-Ireland EU agents with a verified VAT number are reverse-charged (0% VAT on your invoice). Download invoices anytime from Billing → Invoices .

Question 10

Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?

Accepted Answer

Yes — one click in Billing pauses your plan. Listings stay live in read-only mode for 30 days, then archive. Resume any time without losing your data or your verified status.
